After my son was born, I felt like I was completely starting over on my fitness journey. I had been "out of the game" for a couple years at that point, my body had obviously changed and felt "fluffy", and I lost a lot of the muscle (and confidence) that I had worked so hard to build over the years.

And I obviously couldn't just jump right back into going to the gym 5x per week and tracking every single macro like I used to. I was lucky if I got outside for a walk and remembered to eat lunch...

Mom life is an adjustment, to say the least. And I know you already know that. You're tired all the time. You have way less time for yourself. Your priorities & responsibilities are bigger. You may not realistically be able to make it to the gym in this season of life. Your entire routine has changed (it may not even exist rn bc it's always changing with each stage of newborn -> infancy -> toddlerhood).

Even as a personal trainer and coach, I still had to learn how to adjust my own routine to fit the new season of life & motherhood that I was in. And it really just goes to show that moms need plans that work for busy mom life.

And now after having my second baby, I feel WAY more confident jumping back into fitness because I KNOW what works for my own busy life.

Mom life is chaotic ... beautiful, yes, but also chaotic. It's so easy to get wrapped up in the day-to-day and forget (or neglect) taking care of yourself. But THAT is why this program exists.

ONBOARDING: We will schedule a brief, 30 minute 1:1 onboarding call to make sure you're all set up & ready to go before we officially begin!

WORKOUTS: You get new workouts every month to stay consistent & get stronger while still keeping things fresh. The workouts are focused on building muscle, are adaptable to mom life, & can be done from home with limited equipment in about 30 minutes. You'll also have access to additional "on-demand" workouts inside the app that you can mix into your weekly routine!

NUTRITION: On our initial onboarding call, You'll receive a nutrition assessment to to see where you’re at & a recommended personalized 2-3 targets to focus on. You'll also receive on-going guidance/recommendations and various resources (templates, PDF guides, etc.) that support flexible nutrition habits (no dieting or tracking calories required). And lastly, you have an optional monthly food journal audit that you can submit to me!

HABITSWe'll work on sustainable habit building following my signature SUMMIT Method for moms.

GROUP COACHING CALLS: Every month I host a live group coaching call via Google Meet for additional support! Replays will be available if you're unable to make it to it live or you get pulled away!

CHECK-INS: You have a monthly check-in form submitted privately to me so I can see how you're doing individually. You'll receive personalized feedback from me to set you up for success and guide you through the program.

QUARTERLY 1:1 CHECK-IN CALL: You'll have the opportunity to schedule 1 private, 1:1 call with me every 3 month cycle. You can schedule this whenever you feel like you need it!

DAILY MESSAGING COACHING SUPPORTYou have access to me inside our private community chats Monday thru Friday for on-going coaching support. I'm here to answer your questions, cheer you on, support you, and whatever else comes up during the week.

COMMUNITY: Connect with the other mamas in the program who are doing it right alongside with you. Share recipes, funny kid stories, hype each other up, etc. You're all in this together!

You'll also get lifetime access to the templates, guides, & other digital materials given inside the program!
